Jim Clark - Past President
Jim is President and CEO of Interim CIOs - offering interim CIO services to companies in transition. Mr. Clark has been a member of DPMA/AITP since 1979, and President of the Northwest Chapter since 2001.
Jim is married and lives in Prior Lake. Jim and Patty have two lovely daughters working for Advertising Agencies in Los Angeles, California.
Jim Johnson- Membership Director
Jim is Director, Consulting Services for Robert Half Technology (RHT).
Troy is the Director of Information Technology at The Burchfield Group, a pharmacy benefits consultancy in West St. Paul. Prior to Burchfield, Troy worked as a technical consultant for various local firms, specializing in Customer Relationship Management systems and mobile technology. He completed his Master of Science in the Management of Technology at the University of Minnesota in 2006. He also holds a degree in Journalism from the University of St. Thomas.
Joy J. Hill - Student Chapter Liaison (Dunwoody College of Technology)
Joy is a May 2005 graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, NC holding a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems. While a student, Joy served as president of the local student chapter of AITP and worked closely with the area’s Tarheel Professional Chapter. She relocated to the Twins Cities to pursue a full-time career opportunity with Cargill, Inc. Joy currently works on the Identity Management Team within Cargill's Corporate IT Services. She is also a member of the Cargill IT recruiting team for her alma mater. Joy actively participates in various servant opportunities within her church; she is also active in Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities and Delta Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Chad Kluck - Communications
Chad Kluck is the Technical Process Analyst for the University of Saint Thomas Career Development Center. Managing student career development data between the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses as well as balancing emerging technology with the face to face culture of UST is an essential part of his job.
Chad has been at St. Thomas for nine years and has worked full time in his position for five. He has a BA with emphasis on English Writing and Computer Science, and is half way through the Masters of Software Design and Development graduate program at St. Thomas.
Robin Clifton - Secretary
Robin is currently working as a systems analyst at Department 56, Inc. in the areas of distribution, warehouse, and imports. She has been in IT for over eighteen years. She started as a contract programmer at S. B. Foot in Red Wing, while a student at Red Wing Technical College. After school, her first position was programmer at Transport America. Less than a year later she moved into consulting, where she stayed for the next fifteen years. Consulting companies she has worked for include LPS/CSC, Systems Group (also as an account manager) and JDB Associates. Most recently she has worked at Department 56 Inc, now Lenox Group Inc.
Robin has been a member of AITP since 2001. She currently lives in New Hope with her husband and four children.
Richard is Chair of the IT School at the ITT Technical Institute in Eden Prairie and Woodbury.
